This session will outline how the annual data governance maturity assessment, utilizing the Stanford
Model, is conducted at Carnegie Mellon University. Best practices will be shared, along with the successes and challenges of conducting the assessment. Moreover, this session will provide a step-by-step walkthrough of how the assessment was performed. Additionally, the value of the assessment will be shared with session participants, including how to turn the results into roadmaps for data governance maturity improvement.
